This is the last of the KAOL Trilogy and it's focused on the solo albums from 1978 (except for the Eric Carr song, Too Cool For School). It brings together artists, most of them unknown, from all around the world.
It's a double CD set with a 16 page full color stapled booklet and a KAOL 3 refrigerator magnet.
First disc is a regular audio CD. The second disc is a multimedia-disc.
