Arranged soundtrack produced especially for the home console release of the Soul Edge (known as Soul Blade outside of Japan) video game on the PlayStation One.

The game itself allows the player to choose between three scores while playing the game:

1) The score from the arcade original which was enhanced when the game was ported to take advantage of the PS1's sound capabilities. The original arcade audio was released on disc as the Soul Edge Arcade Edition Original Sound Track Super Battle Sound Attack and as a iTunes download while the enhanced PlayStation audio wasn't.

2) An orchestrated version of the arcade score above. This version of the score hasn't been released on disc.

3) The arranged Khan Super Session soundtrack that was created for the home console release of the game which is the music on this disc.

It's worth noting that most of the tracks included in the Khan Super Session are much longer than what a typical bout in the game would last so most players wouldn't hear these tracks in their entirety within the context of the game although they could use the game's sound test to do so.
