El Instituto Nacional de Obras Sanitarias (INOS) is pleased to sponsor this musical album by the famous Venezuelan guitarist Alirio Diaz, supported by the Symphonic National Orchestra of Venezuelan Youth Simón Bolívar, under the baton of young conductor Felipe Izcaray, playing the famous concert Aranjuez for guitar and orchestra of Joaquin Rodrigo, and the first recording of the concerto for guitar and orchestra by the Venezuelan composer Antonio Lauro, considered one of the most important works of Venezuelan music.

Next to our prestigious artist, we offer a second disc with performances of young soloists of the National Youth Orchestra: Jaime Martinez (oboe), Cesar Noguera (cello), Jesús Alfonzo (viola), and Simon Álvarez (percussionist), who receive Thus, a great endorsement to be presented next to our first figure internationally.
