This CD was issued and sold in 1995 by the Schauspiel Bonn (Municipal Theatre), Germany, where the musical The Black Rider was shown in 1995/96. Performing on the CD are the actors and a band named The Right Bullets (musicians unknown, probably assembled only for this occasion).
Credit is given on the CD to Robert Wilson, Tom Waits, William S. Burroughs, for their collaborative work The Black Rider, but none of them was to my knowledge directly involved in this production.
