This CD comes as part of a box set, together with a book, published for the occasion of the exhibition Vincent van Gogh and Expressionism, 24 November 2006 - 4 March 2007, Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam and in the Neue Galerie, New York, 23 March-2007 - 2 July 2007.

With the cooperation of two renowned songwriters -- Los Angeles-based Pamela Phillips Oland and Tom Harriman -- Van Eck was able to realize his dream. The unique music Of Van Gogh by Van Eck, produced by Harriman and gloriously packaged by Grammy-winning artist Andy Engel, is the perfect expression of van Eck's dream.
