This release appears to be more like a repackaging than a reissue of CD1 from Psalm 4
In fact, the cd itself seems to originate from this early release : the artwork from the Psalm sleeves is printed on the disc with the mention Disc 1 and the matrix number includes the catalogue number of the 1998 release.
The sessions is the title printed on the sleeve but the sleeve notes refers to it as SOD The Sessions (just like in the 1998 release).
