** B-Side song, 'Postscript,' is not a dub version of the A-side title track, 'A Letter to Nelson Mandela,' but an unrelated instrumental dub which features the incredulous talents of Jackie Mittoo on keyboard/synthesizer. The late-great Jackie Mittoo was a key member of many Sugar Minott's backing/house bands in the 1970s/1980s including Studio 1, Skengdon, Black Roots, and the aforementioned Omega All Stars (S.M.P. label) among others. 'A Letter to Nelson Mandela' dub version was released on a Black Solidarity reissue 7 around 2010 or so. r1990173
