The front cover was originally shown on the official Razed In Black Facebook page prior to release and was supposed to feature an image of Romell Regulacion as submitted by himself, but the label supposedly changed this against his wishes. Romell stated he would offer a limited number of replacements with the original cover if you contacted him, as well as mentioning that a second pressing is planned with the originally intended artwork.

The back cover contains numerous typesetting errors, which are corrected on the back of the booklet; anytime a parenthesis symbol, apostrophe, or quotation symbol was supposed to be used, it was replaced by a □.

2-4 is listed as 'Erotic' on both the back cover and the back of the booklet. It is printed correctly as 'Erotica' on the last page of the booklet that contains the credits.

2-15 and 2-16 are both stated as unreleased tracks, however 2-15 was released on a compilation prior, though not by Cleopatra.
