Second version recut/reissue is this issue (no MCA logo, Neo-Gelatinous and S-9375/6 matrices).

Different take of T.V. Party than the one appeared on TV Party.
Housed in a heavy pasteboard/tip-on style cover (cardboard colored inside, not white).
Some copies also came in a regular non-paste on cover, possibly after they ran out of paste on stock.
Some copies have the labels reversed.
On some pressings vinyl appears to be purple if held under strong light.

Track A2 is written on the center label: 'Spray Paint The Walls'.
Track A6 is written on the center label: 'Thirsty & Miserable'.
Thanks Merrill for track A1.
