Issued with a hype sticker attached to the shrink wrap and a 4-Page fold out insert featuring unreleased photos and a new essay by producer Bob Ezrin.

Was first released with a glitch in 'Flaming Youth' which was recalled and then this repress was done. The first mispressed release can be found here Destroyer (Resurrected). The only difference between the two versions other than the error being fixed are the runouts: REI is added after the numbers and AD after Masterdisk.

Runouts are etched, Masterdisk is stamped.
