La Fabbrica Illuminata, for voice and tape, composed in 1964.
Ha Venido, for solo soprano and 6-voices soprano chorus, composed in 1960 and dedicated to my daughter Silvia, on her first birthday.
Ricorda Cosa Ti Hanno Fatto In Auschwitz for magnetic tape, composed in 1966. Sleeve notes wrongly report 1965 as composition date. Actually track 3 is a concert adaptation (more suitable for radio broadcast) of the stage music on tape that Nono composed in 1965 for the play Die Ermittlung by Peter Weiss. Notes also credit the composition for voices and tape but it's not correct, because the voices in question are recorded on tape, not performing live. Auschwitz is a tape composition not requiring any live performer.
Track 1 translates as The Enlightened Factory
Track 3 translates as Remember What They Have Done To You In Auschwitz.
