The tracks included in this mix are examples of what shaped my existence into becoming the person that I am today. NY radio stations WBLS, WKTU and Kiss FM between the years of 1980 and 1984 played an integral role on my moldings as a DJ. It was the post disco period yet dance music still flourished with the enhancement of synthesizers and drum machines. I was just a kid, not old enough to hit the clubs so my only options were radio, street dj's and the recordstore. Oh yeah, can't forget that occasional trip to the rollerskating rink!

Issued as a factory-pressed CD in a standard jewel case with printed colour card inlay and tray liner. There is no date listed on the release but Japanese websites list the date of manufacture as this. Some of the tracks are misspelt on the release and fixed; correction listed below.
