Cover is a giant poster (four times the size of a 12 inch record, folded). Record comes in heavy cardboard sleeve, with the poster wrapped around it and packaged in plastic. Various inserts, like an 'official' looking flyer Guida ufficiale dello Stato di Naon, containing also a huge list of bands and projects with telephone numbers, all from the same region, probably Pordenone.
