Plastylite P (sometimes incorrectly referred to as ear) and VAN GELDER stamped both sides runout. The rest of the runouts are hand-etched with Van Gelder initially writing the catalog number as 4208 then X-ing out the 8 and adding 7 on both sides. On the B-side he initially wrote an A at the end of the runout inscription and then corrected that by writing B over the A.

The A-side label has Side I with a sans serif 1 that looks like an I.
