A set of six volumes, each on one disc inside its own jewel case. Each jewel case includes a four page booklet, of which the middle two pages are blank; and a white disc tray. This was released with a larger book for the whole set.

The correct track titles have been used here, there are some spelling differences seen on the rear inlay and booklet:
