Callicott, the manager of the Juliana's Tokyo was arrested for taking drugs. As a result, only some samples were distributed, and all the finished albums were burned. According to insiders, only about 10 copies were distributed. Sample copies were made of this album but it was never released standalone at retail. It became CD 4 of Juliana's Tokyo Legend (the audio matches exactly, confirmed by CueTools DB).
