You Better Run (here mistakenly spelled You'd Better Run) is taken from the studio album [m=2259595], that was released in 1980.
Life On The Edge is an outtake of the [m=414067] sessions and the only song Garry Bordonaro has ever written for The Rods. Later, it was also added to the High Roller CD re-release of Heavier Than Thou.
The live track Evil Woman/Popeye's Drum Solo was later re-released on the High Roller CD re-release of Heavier Than Thou. It's called Evil Woman/Rabid Thunder/Drum Solo on that release.
You Better Run was originally released by The Young Rascals on the single [m=276895] in 1966 and a year later added to the album [m=265781].
