There are a few mistakes in the liner notes that have been corrected above. These include, but are not limited to the following:
- Track 1-1 lists the catalogue number for '[m147093]' (9 60763-2), the album the track is taken from instead of the single catalogue number
- Track 2-1 lists the catalogue number for 'Where Do We Go From Here' (L33-18135), instead of the proper catalogue number
- Track 2-6 has the wrong credit information inside the booklet, listing information for Track 2-9 instead.
