Side A: According to the Ed Kirkeby ledgers, takes 1 to 3 of Emerson matrix 41596 were first recorded on January 5 of 1921, but they went rejected. Luckily, matrix 41596 was remade on February 26 of 1925 with takes 4 & 5 being also issued on Regal 940 (as the Knickerbocker Novelty Orchestra).

Side B was recorded in New York around March 4 of 1921 & also issued on Emerson 10420 & Regal 935 (as Gotham's Favorites).
