The Tour of the Soviet Union took place March 31 to May 21, 1969 under the 1968-69 United States-USSR Cultural Exchange Agreement and was under the auspices of the Department of State Cultural Presentation Program. The White House performance was given May 23 at 10:00 a.m. in the Rose Garden.
