Released in a 6-panel digipack with a clear tray, and including a round pink sticker on the front stating: THE NEW DANCE ALBUM / INCLUDING FIVE NEW SONGS / plus remixes by / Felix da Housecat, / Superchumbo and / Pet Shop Boys. No booklet included, credits are printed on the inside of the sleeve.
No durations appear on the release.

The first batch was withdrawn as it had an incorrect barcode and a glitch at 2:16 on 'Time On My Hands'.
From petshopboys.co.uk, Feb 2003: It has become apparent that there is a problem with the barcode on some copies of Disco 3, resulting in some sales not being reported. EMI are investigating this at the moment.
