Canadian Violist.
Member of the Ensemble Romulo Larrea from 1995 to 2000, she has been back with the Ensemble since 2013. Ligia is a graduate of the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal where she completed her study competition with the Conservatoire prize . She performs regularly with various ensembles and orchestras and is very active as a studio (recording) musician. Ligia has also collaborated on recordings for several Cirque Du Soleil shows and is part of the team of musicians in more than thirty films and television series. She has participated in the tours of many artists both in the field of jazz and popular. Ligia also works with flutist and composer François Richard.
