Hungarian female singer, often mentioned as the Disco Queen in Hungary. She participated in a TV talent show in 1972. She was also the member of
Beatrice, the first Hungarian female pop band. She was very successful at the end of the 70’s and in the beginning of the 80’s. In 1977 she and her song won the 3rd prize of the Metronom ’77 Song Contest, and she could record her debut album, followed by tours abroad in Austria as well as in former socialist nations such as the German Democratic Republic and the Soviet Union. She was also successful in Ireland, Japan, Cuba and the USA. Her name can be found on some disco compilations.
She is the sister of
Szűcs Antal Gábor, successful Hungarian guitarist, who contributed to some of Judith’s records.
