Daniel Lapp is a multi-instrumental Canadian folk musician and educator best known as a fiddler & trumpeter.
He has also performed as / with Lappelectro, Daniel Lapp Quartet, Daniel Lapp Fiddleharmonic, The BC Fiddle Orchestra, and as a trio with British accordionist Martin Green and Canadian guitarist Adam Dobres. He has toured with Barney Bentall, Mae Moore, Rickie Lee Jones, Spirit Of The West, and others, appeared as a soloist with the CBC Chamber Orchestra as well as the Prince George, Victoria, and Vancouver Symphonies, and appeared on over 100 records. Founder of The BC Fiddle Orchestra, the Victoria Fiddle Society, House of Music in Victoria, BC, and the BC Fiddle Tune Archive.
