Glaser worked for civil rights opposing segregation in Detroit and Chicago in the early 1940’s and worked with
Norman Granz later in the decade on his
Jazz At The Philharmonic concerts. She managed the career of
Erroll Garner from 1953 for nearly 25 years. In partnership, they worked for creative control of master recordings receiving $265,297.55 in a claim against [l1866] for breach of contract. After the best-selling Concert by the Sea album, Glaser had negotiated a contractual clause enabling the pianist to reject releases derived from his Columbia sessions, but the company had issued three Garner albums without authorization. The business partners co-founded [l343564] in 1962. After Garner died in 1977, Glaser maintained influence over his legacy.
