Swedish music administrator, opera writer, press manager at the Royal The Theater (Stockholm Opera) for 30 years, born 1919, died 2008.

After studying at Stockholm University and Uppsala University, he became a culture writer for a number of newspapers in the early 1940s, i.a. Svenska Dagbladet. In the period 1948-1957 he was an opera and ballet critic in the magazine Scen och Salong and during the years 1958-1972 he worked as information manager at the Royal The Theater (Stockholm Opera). Hagman worked for a renewal of the outward-oriented work, which i.a. expressed itself in campaigns to get new audience groups to take part in the opera's offerings.
