German, Hamburg-based band project of Patrick Benzner in the early 1990's. Around 1992, the Maximilians were the preceding band project and were renamed later to Sorgenbrecher. Singer André Radtke seems to have burnt out in performing vocals and guitars, as studio musician Brian McFie joined the band in 1997, though not having recorded any of their songs on the album.
The band's recording was heavily influenced by producer Ronald Prent, as many studio musicians in connection with the [l264312] in Holland were involved in the recording of their only album. The style of the band's songs were oriented on the music of Die Toten Hosen, typical teenagers' topics with punk oriented songs.
After the band's dissolution shortly after the album was recorded, most of the members disappeared from the mainstream music scene, except for Patrick Benzner. He became producer, who first produced mainstream acts as Oli.P and Die Lollipops.
But with the musical concept of Sorgenbrecher, he became in 2005 the producer behind the German teenage phenomenon Tokio Hotel.
