Born Linda Pettifer and married Richard Thompson in 1971, having performed with a variety of groups as backing singer and as part of a duo with Paul McNeill. Divorced after the Shoot Out The Lights LP. Continued a solo career and performances with her children and extended family. The Thompsons performed on an Album together.
