Swedish classical flautist and teacher, born on November 30, 1936 in Borås församling, Borås, Västergötland, and died on April 22, 2024 in Tyresö distrikt, Tyresö, Södermanland.

Stig Bengtson was playing flute and solo flute in Kungliga Hovkapellet for 33 years. He worked also as a teacher at [l419723] and at Lilla Akademien, which is a specialized and carefully designed music school where a solid music education of high quality is integrated with academic education.
