Swedish musician, mainly focused on American folk music, bluegrass and country, born on May 30, 1949 in Maria Magdalena, Stockholm, Uppland.

Lindberg is best known as a banjoist but he plays pedal steel guitar, guitar, mandolin and dobro as well. In his life, he has played with a large number of orchestras and, during the 1980s and 1990s, he was also an often hired studio musician on recordings.
