Nenad Jankovic (Nele Karajlić) moved to Beograd during the war in Bosnia and founded his band Zabranjeno Pušenje but Nenad Jankovic (Nele Karajlić) was not the holder of the copyright of the band name Zabranjeno Pušenje and their songs. They recorded one album Ja nisam Odavle and then changed name to No Smoking Orchestra
