British classical percussionist, born in London, England.
He started playing orchestral percussion with the London Schools' Symphony Orchestra. He left school to study at the Royal College Of Music (1974-1977). On leaving, he joined The English National Opera Orchestra (1977-1984) before joining the Philharmonia Orchestra in 1985. He regularly freelances with other London orchestras and The Chamber Orchestra Of Europe.
