Canadian singer, guitarist, and songwriter originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. Performed as a solo folk guitarist before becoming a founding member of The Spike-Drivers in 1965, later The Misty Wizards with Ted Lucas. Keelan moved to Stratford, Ontario in the summer of 1969, where he founded the Perth County Conspiracy with Cedric Smith. He later moved to Hamilton, Ontario, performing with several local bands.

Husband of Connie Keelan, and father of Raphael Keelan.
