Peter Lustig (27 October 1937 in Breslau, Silesia – 23 February 2016 near Husum, Germany) was a well-known German presenter of TV children’s programming.

Sender Freies Berlin Lustig began his creative career by writing scripts for radio plays.
1973 he appeared for the first time on screen in the long-running German children-show
Die Sendung mit der Maus where he explained together with a robotic bird called Atze technical ecquipment (Clips were entitled Peter und Atze).
He became famous in 1979 when he started presenting and acting in the kids-show
Pusteblume on German pubcaster ZDF. The edutainment-format about technic and environment was renamed
Löwenzahn and Lustig hosted it till 2005.
