Tom Ferris is a founding member of Moev, and he was the only member to appear on every release from 1981 until their disbandment in the early 1990s. He later co-founded Econoline Crush and also worked with Michael Balch on an unreleased Blackland album. Ferris revived Moev in the late 1990s alongside his wife Julie.
