Danish civil engineer, label founder and music retailer (1943 – 2017). Engineer Henning Schädler founded the late 60's to early 70's dixieland jazz store and label, CSA Records (2), as a hobby. As he became CEO of the Storyville label and later also Sonet / Dansk Grammofon A/S, he partnered with Sonet in an expansion of CSA and started the more promnent store and label [l48747]. Between 1977 and 1979 Schädler gradually left Sonet and bought back Sonets half of the business. Later Music Mecca started releasing as a jazz label as well. After the Music Mecca record store in Købmagergade, Copenhagen, closed in 1999, Schädler continued online distribution and releasing under the Ambia label.
