Danish cellist and composer, 1927-1998. As a cellist Asger Lund Christiansen is known as a member of Københavns Strygekvartet. In 1966 he became an associate professor at [l634100], and later a professor. He held many honorary positions in Danish musical life and was the man behind the series of records, [l327502]. His son is the flautist and composer Toke Lund Christiansen.
