He discovered Alicia Keys - who, at the time, was 14 years old - and assisted in guiding the careers of Tyrese Gibson, Elle Varner, Tiara Thomas, SWV, Allen Stone, K. Michelle, Letoya Luckett, Lyfe Jennings and Justine Skye.
