The Maîtrise du CRR de Paris, founded in 1980 on the initiative of the Mairie de Paris and the Ministère de la Culture, is a voice department of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris. It has a membership of around one hundred children dividedinto three choirs: the Children's Choir, the Choir and the Vocal Ensemble. The Maîtrise du CRR de Paris choir is made up of around forty children aged between ten and sixteen.
